Not sure if it's a helpful observation or not, but the guy running the
session I'm referring to was careful to specify this was not intended
to pigeon-hole. It was presented as a tool to use to communicate
better with people who have different preferences to you.

Which has been the topic of conversation at our last 3 lunch meetings.
"You can spare me the details, I'm a yellow" vs. "I'm a blue, you need
to give me all the data and let me draw my own conclusion about that."
