[Bristolbathpm] CPAN - as I understand it

HI Lyle,
Have you had a chance to look at PAR on CPAN? ... this could possibly
bundle things up for you and may simplify the problem of module dependencies
changing in the installation environment - you can assume the correct module
versions are in the environment because they're packed inside the PAR file.
